overview
We are seeking a Training Content Developer and Instructor specializing in Operational Electronic Intelligence (OpELINT). This role focuses on developing and delivering training on the analysis of intelligence derived from radar and jammer emissions; aircraft; spacecraft; missile command links and telemetry; automated beaconing; navigation systems; and tracking and control systems. Additional sources include radio‑frequency characteristics associated with warfighting, security, criminal activity, and other mission areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and deliver OpELINT training courses, modules, and presentations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date subject matter expertise in OpELINT and related analytical methods.
- Collaborate with teammates to develop, refine, and present instructional materials.
- Solicit, evaluate, and incorporate student and stakeholder feedback to improve course content.
- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and currency of all OpELINT training materials and supporting documentation.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences in both written and verbal formats.

Compensation
Posted Annualized Salary: $135,000 – $153,000
