Information Security Engineers
Responsibilities
Requirements for Information Security Engineers include experience with the A&A process, verifying system security requirements, building Information assurance into systems, mitigating security risks, DODRMF, NIST RMF process, C&A documentation, and many more.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline. CISSP is typically required. DOD 8570 compliance is often required. On most contracts, years of experience can be substituted for a degree. A Current TS clearance plus Polygraph is required for all openings. No CCA’s accepted.
