About the role
PLEX Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Integrator to support a SETA contract in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The Program Integrator shall assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Additionally will perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Also, will perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and producing execution reports. This role will draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Lastly, this role will prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status. PLEX is is a proud EOE Employer, including disability/vets.
Qualifications
- Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. (OR) In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted. (OR) In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
