About the role
PLEX Solutions, LLC is looking for an Open-Source Platform Instructor with strong open-source experience to work in the Dulles, VA area. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working on a mission-focused team that works very closely with their students.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 or more years' experience as a platform instructor.
- BS Degree in Intelligence, or related field (an additional 6 years of relevant technical experience may be substituted for a BS Degree)
- Deliver existing training on open-source techniques to students with various levels of experience.
- Review the steps involved in open-source intelligence process and how it applies to the individual mission.
- Expertise using internet open-source tools (e.g., Google and advanced Google features)
- Expertise in navigating social media applications
- Understanding of the nuances of social media and security and privacy issues that surround social media.
- Use both COTS and GOTS tools in addition to open-source tools
- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position
- Salary Range: $175k - $210k Salary offered will depend on numerous qualifying factors such as clearance, degree and the years and depth of applicable experience. PLEX is a proud EOE Employer, including disability/vets.
