About the role
PLEX Solutions, LLC is seeking an FPGA Developer to support a contract in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. PLEX is a proud EOE Employer, including disability/vets.
- Design and implement RTL for high-speed networking applications, develop custom IP cores, integrate 3rd party IP and ensure closure across complex designs.
- Working closely with hardware and software engineers in a classified environment, will oversee FPGA implementation and optimization while supporting design verification and debug efforts.
Qualifications
- Must have a BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) development experience
- Proficiency in System Verilog is required
- Extensive experience in Xilinx/Intel FPGA design tools and high speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR)
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required. SALARY RANGE: 200K-250K Salary offered will depend on numerous qualifying factors such as clearance, degree, and the years and depth of applicable experience. Desired Skills
- Experience with Network security applications, networking protocols and standards, scripting languages (Python, Tcl) is desired
- Experience with hardware security requirements is a plus.
