- Bachelor's: 10+ years
Oversees the entire contract life cycle from inception to completion, ensuring full compliance throughout. Negotiates non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreements (Subks), and Purchase Orders (POs), and provides contractual support to government clients. Evaluates solicitations and prepares proposal packages for Prime and Subcontract opportunities, including price or cost analyses, issue resolution, negotiation, and finalization of proposal documents. Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in government contracting. Extensive experience with full cradle-to-grave contract life cycle support, including comprehensive compliance.
