You like to tinker, break things, and put them back together like a puzzle. At Omega Minds, a Technology Vulnerability Analyst is at the forefront of Cyber defense, tackling a complex mission to protect against the threats of today and tomorrow. You perform hands-on system security analysis on systems and/or software to understand and identify vulnerabilities.
- Identify vulnerabilities of and attacks to various physical, chemical, and electromagnetic characteristics and properties of signals, equipment, and security mechanisms
- Characterize those attacks with respect to resources and capabilities required to accomplish those attacks and relate those vulnerabilities and attacks to their effects on the operations and missions supported by those systems
- Compare and contrast signals and equipment attack techniques and develop operationally effective countermeasures
- Produce formal and informal reports, briefings, ad perspectives of actual and potential attacks against the technologies being studied
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or related field. JCAC, UCT, NWBC/INWT, or Cyber Defense Operations military training counts towards years’ experience
- AA +4-13 years’ experience or;
- BS + 2-11 years’ experience or;
- MS + 2-9 years’ experience or;
- PhD + 2-7 years’ experience
