what you've got?
Collaborate with end users and developers to create an appealing and balanced UI. This position is for a solutions-based designer, meaning the team will come to you with an idea, and you have creative control over the UX solution. Strong attention to detail and intimate knowledge of UI patterns is desired. Does one pixel make a difference? We think so!
- Familiar with each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases (analysis, design, implementation, and deployment)
- Work under direction with users (analysts) to research for, collect and document user profiles, analyze tasks, workflows, user scenarios/performance requirements and work with product designers and process engineers developing applications
- Conduct usability testing, designing and developing user surveys to obtain user feedback
- Design and develop user surveys to obtain user feedback
Qualifications
- Experience with one of our favorite design tools: Balsamiq, Adobe XD, InVision, or MS Paint ( just kidding! )
- Experience with web development using Java, CSS, HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript and technologies such as Vue.js, Node.js, and Git
- Experience with UI/UX frameworks such as React, Angular, and/or Vue
- Good communication skills and ability to interact directly with the client.

Posted Annualized Salary: $135,000 – $185,000
