As cyber threats evolve and proliferate at a rapid pace, Omega Minds is at the forefront of enabling analytical insights. At Omega Minds, as a Forensic Analyst, you will analyze digital evidence and investigate computer security incidents to derive useful information in support of system/network vulnerability mitigation. You will exploit captured media and/or investigate computer security incidents in order to derive useful intelligence and/or enable mitigation of network vulnerabilities.
- Perform network traffic analysis of web services to analyze raw packet data for anomalies
- Support cyber security initiatives through both predictive and reactive analysis, articulating emerging trends to leadership and staff
- Communicate daily with program managers, management, customer representatives, and end-users to ensure delivery of quality products
Qualifications
- A degree in Network Engineering, System Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science is preferred. JCAC or related military training counts towards years of experience
- AA + 4-13 years’ experience or;
- BS + 2-11 years’ experience or;
- MS + 2-9 years’ experience or;
- PhD + 2-7 years’ experience
