** Mission Platform Sustainment Engineer **

You will work across systems engineering, software engineering, Information Assurance, and testing to help ensure the platform continues to perform where it matters most. You will support sustainment, interoperability, standards and policy compliance, build and deployment efforts, and mission partner coordination across systems people rely on every day. support sustainment efforts to keep mission systems stable and operational

maintain interoperability across systems and critical data flows

Help ensure compliance with standards, security expectations, and policy requirements

support development, refactoring, build, and deployment efforts

partner with mission stakeholders to support integration and issue resolution

contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution

Minimum Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph, must be active. We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances
• **Citizenship: **Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas
• **Experience: **10 years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• **Education: **Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five additional years of SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree Required Skills
• Experience supporting implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT or mission systems
•  Experience supporting operations, monitoring, and problem resolution in complex environments
• Experience maintaining interoperability, operational continuity, or data flow reliability across systems
• Experience supporting build, deployment, or sustainment in production environments
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills Desired Skills
• Experience with platform interoperability across connected systems
• Experience with Information Assurance, standards compliance, or policy-driven maintenance
• Experience supporting mission data processing, storage, or streaming capabilities
• Experience working with external mission partners or integration teams

Compensation Range: $131,000.00 - $168,000.00
