About the role
** Analyst / Developer **
At Intelliforce, we support mission work that demands both technical depth and fast execution. In this role, you will operate as an analyst and developer with strong Python skills, working across a broad set of mission-critical efforts tied to new tools, plugins, and operational tradecraft. You will help design automations, analyze technical data, conduct vulnerability analysis, and turn evolving customer needs into practical solutions that support the mission in real time.
This role gives you unusual range. You will touch nearly every part of the development lifecycle while also contributing as a technical analyst. One day might focus on Python automation. Another might involve vulnerability analysis, tradecraft development, or direct customer outreach. The work is hands-on, fast-moving, and closely tied to operational needs, which makes it a strong fit for someone who likes solving real problems and staying close to the mission. At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your contribution matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong technical work gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another engineering role. It is a chance to build, analyze, and improve capabilities that support real operations.
At Intelliforce, your career will flourish in a place where innovation thrives and people come first. Join us—and let’s build something meaningful together.
