About the role
Application Developer / Reverse Engineer At Intelliforce, we build mission-driven capabilities that move quickly from idea to operational use. In this role, you will work as both a software engineer and reverse engineer, helping develop cutting-edge security tools in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will support the client’s national security mission by working closely with analysts, data scientists, and other engineers to build solutions that can be adapted, deployed, and used in weeks, not years. This role is built for an engineer who likes autonomy, deep technical work, and fast feedback from real mission users. You will reverse engineer network traffic and web applications, develop Python-based automation, and help integrate new technologies into operational systems. The work is investigative, hands-on, and closely tied to mission outcomes, with room to pursue opportunities that emerge through your own research while staying aligned to customer needs. At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your ideas can move quickly. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another reverse engineering role. It is a chance to build tools that reach operations fast and make a real difference. Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Could Include
