• Long term job security GliaCell is seeking a **Principal Full Stack Software Engineer **on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.
• This high-priority role supports the RECON team within CNO, focusing on technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impact.
• You will operate in a highly collaborative capacity across multiple product teams to design and implement mission-critical systems.
• As part of a small team, you will work to establish end-to-end prototypes, develop requirements, and contribute to existing and new systems to improve infrastructure cognizance.
• This will include working directly with mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, with the goal of delivering deployable solutions and necessary scripting support quickly.  **Responsibilities: **
• Understand the customers’ mission, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and quickly develop solutions. 
• Independently drive feature development taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle.
• Integrate with, and contribute to, a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks.
• Design and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
• Develop cutting-edge solutions for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements. Key Requirements:
• ** Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. ** 
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Professional/Education experience: 12 years & Bachelors of Science Degree, or 4 additional years in place of a BS Degree. 
• Strong communication skills.  Required Skills:
• Technology flexibility, demonstrated by experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps), and a willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solution.
• Experience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience writing scripts and services in Python.
• RESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and Python.
• Familiarity with Relational Databases (Postgres, SQLite, etc.).
• Familiarity with GitLab (CI/CD). Desired Skills:
• Prior CNO experience.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Location: **Columbia, MD (onsite full time)
