- Long term job security GliaCell is seeking a **Principal Full Stack Software Engineer **on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.
- This high-priority role supports the RECON team within CNO, focusing on technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impact.
- You will operate in a highly collaborative capacity across multiple product teams to design and implement mission-critical systems.
- As part of a small team, you will work to establish end-to-end prototypes, develop requirements, and contribute to existing and new systems to improve infrastructure cognizance.
- This will include working directly with mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, with the goal of delivering deployable solutions and necessary scripting support quickly. **Responsibilities: **
- Understand the customers’ mission, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and quickly develop solutions.
- Independently drive feature development taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle.
- Integrate with, and contribute to, a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks.
- Design and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
- Develop cutting-edge solutions for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements. Key Requirements:
- ** Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. **
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Professional/Education experience: 12 years & Bachelors of Science Degree, or 4 additional years in place of a BS Degree.
- Strong communication skills. Required Skills:
- Technology flexibility, demonstrated by experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps), and a willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solution.
- Experience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience writing scripts and services in Python.
- RESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and Python.
- Familiarity with Relational Databases (Postgres, SQLite, etc.).
- Familiarity with GitLab (CI/CD). Desired Skills:
- Prior CNO experience.
- Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Location: **Columbia, MD (onsite full time)
