About the role
Experience with AWS (would be nice), intermediate Linux, Windows 10/11, Windows server 2022, Bash/other scripting Handling both initial Help Desk inquiries (Tier 1) and escalated, complex problems (Tier 2). Configuring and managing both UNIX and Windows operating systems, and implementing enhancements to improve system reliability and performance. IAT II certification required Technical BS and 10 years of experience OR high school diploma and 15 years of experience
