About the role

The candidate will engineer end-to-end serverless architectures utilizing the AWS ecosystem. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects, working with cutting-edge technologies to deliver robust and scalable solutions. The candidate will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and deploying applications that meet our clients' evolving needs. This position will support the Tools Team, located at FANX3. Required Skills/Experience: Java and JavaScript Python Agile software environment Experience utilizing corporate authentication services into a secure full stack solution Experience delivering full stack solutions within AWS cloud, utilizing API Gateway, Lambda, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and Aurora PostgreSQL. Familiar with designing and implementing caching services for web applications. Multi-source Data Integration to fetch and package data from different sources. CI/CD Orchestration (Jenkins, Github, CodePipeline) Artifact State Management. Jira and Confluence. Desired skills/Experience: Knowledge of commercial cloud services, preferably AWS PostgreSQL, DynamoDB DevOps and CI/CD Automation Angular / Vue Description: The Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports. Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade- offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

Qualifications

Requirements: Fourteen (14) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
