Qualifications

You Have:

• 1+ year of experience in engineering field
• Experience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets
• Experience capturing systems requirements, documenting in various formats, and leading design and development activities
• Experience supporting development teams with troubleshooting and resolving impediments, bugs technical issues, and coordinating formal outage tracking efforts
• Ability to work a shift schedule
• Ability to act as primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams
• Ability to provide product outreach support, including direct user support, systems integration support, management of system access controls
• HS Diploma or GED Nice if You Have:
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python
• Experience supporting operational AI/ML systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivelant technical field Clearance: Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48.08 to $57.70 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees
