About the role
Culper Technology is seeking skilled System Engineers at all experience levels to join our growing team. As a System Engineer, you will collaborate closely with developers and customers to oversee the design, development, integration and deployment of complex systems.
Responsibilities
We are seeking candidates with experience in the following areas:

Manage system requirements.

Contribute to system engineering documentation.

Assist in developing functional requirements.

Experience as Scrum Master for Agile software development team.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Generate alternative system concepts and design solutions.

Define methods and criteria for verifying system compliance with requirements.

Develop system designs that meet requirements and perform functional analysis.

Experience with Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience providing customer briefings and demos.

Experience providing customer outreach and support.
Qualifications
An active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required to be considered for this role. Must be a US citizen.
