About the role

As a Systems Engineer at Calibyr, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing complex systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, engage with customers, and ensure that our systems meet both technical and business objectives. Your experience with Agile methodologies and various tools will help streamline development and deployment processes for enterprise software teams.

Utilize Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Confluence, to manage project tasks and documentation.
Engage with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create architecture diagrams, requirements documentation, SOPs, and other engineering documentation.
Develop and maintain scripts in Python, Bash, or Shell to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with Information System Security Officers (ISSO) and Information System Security Engineers (ISSE) to ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards.
Oversee release and deployment management to ensure smooth transitions to production environments.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure reliability and performance.
Document system architecture, processes, and changes for future reference and compliance.
