About the role

Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join our intel team. The right candidate will develop requirements from project's inception to its conclusion for a particular IT subject matter area (i.e., simple to complex systems). Assists other project members with analysis, evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts in the following specialties:

Responsibilities

  • (U) Provide the bridge between Mission end users of the system to be delivered and those who are architecting engineering and/or developing the system
  • (U) Support the development, review, and analysis of Mission CONOPs, requirements, scenarios and use cases that accurately reflect end users’ needs
  • (U) Assist in the development, organization, and articulation of Mission expectation to support test planning and operational evaluation activities
  • (U) Support information management transformation
  • (U) Maintain cognizance of all operational requirements, ensuring that the spirit of the requirements is preserved across programmatic and acquisition activities
  • (U) Articulate/white board ideas to all levels of management
  • (U) Provide lifecycle sustainment support

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience. May substitute associate's degree with at least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience
  • Secure Wifi experience required
  • (U) Experience as a systems engineer on one or more IT platforms
  • (U) Requires DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level II certification, and Computing Environment
  • (CE) Certification. The CE certification requirements can be fulfilled with either Microsoft OS, Cent
  • OS/Red Hat OS CE certifications
  • If assigned to Directory Services TTOs, experience with Active Directory, Identity Management,

SCCM, DNS, Group Policy, Active Role Servers, Privileged Account Management (PAM) Services,

and MS Exchange are required (U) If assigned to Desktop & Enclave Services TTOs, understanding of the concepts of mission islands, Trusted Thin Client, and enhanced VDI (e.g., remote GPU and memory scaling) is required
