About the role

Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior CNO Analyst Engineer to work on our Intel Team. Candidates should have a strong understanding of computer network protocols and knowledge of DevOps tools to automate system configuration, collect and manage system data, and support overall infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, and additional four (4) years of relevant experience in the field may be substituted for a total of sixteen (16) years.

  • Twelve (12) years of relevant experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) A Master's degree in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to ten (10) years of relevant experience.

  • A certification in MCAE, RHCE, CEH, CCNA, or CISSP is required

  • Ability to install and configure anti-virus software and spy-ware protection software

  • Ability to design, write, and execute software test plans.

  • Capable of accurately describing lab design, tool usage, and tool testing procedures

  • Ability to script using Python, Perl, VB script, or Unix shell scripts

  • Ability to install and configure network security devices, such as firewalls and network Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)

  • Ability to perform configuration management, IP management, and troubleshooting

  • Design and implement network architecture scenarios containing various operating system and application versions to include Linux, Solaris, and Windows

  • Ability to replicate real word network and system scenarios in a lab environment

  • Ability to lead engineering teams in the installation, configuration and operation of network security devices including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network traffic analyzers, anti-virus, anti-spyware, and commercial computer forensic tools and products

  • Ability to lead engineer teams in the collection of on-net signatures for network security devices and identify those signatures that are unique to a particular device

  • Ability to lead engineering teams in evaluating CNO tools and techniques

Compensation

Posted Annualized Salary: $168,000 – $240,000
