the ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

• Requirements management and requirements elicitation experience
• Familiarity with process improvement techniques
• Process engineering, Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement experience
• Management consultancy or similar experience
• The ability to proactively reach out to high-level customers without prior engagement, understand their process and system workflows, and develop requirements for improved systems and processes
• Familiarity with customer policy and engagement initiatives
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting to complete assigned tasks on schedule
• Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment

education/experience

• A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general system engineering experience OR
• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience OR
• A Master’s degree or a PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience.

• Perform requirements management for an efficiency-focused organization and help make improvement recommendations while ensuring critical requirements are not lost
• Engage with internal and external personnel to improve the processes of the organization, including helping the organization to ‘run more like a business’
• Identify areas for improvement and help realize changes in processes that are scalable to other organizations

Compensation

Posted Annualized Salary: $162,600 – $249,400
