Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) - Levels 1-4

About the role

As a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) within Accolade’s Next Generation Analysts portfolio you will support mission-critical Intelligence Community operations through advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to track and profile high-value targets, identify intelligence gaps, and provide actionable leads for national security and military operations. Accolade is hiring across multiple experience levels for a range of roles supporting critical Intelligence Community missions. The Next Generation Analysts portfolio supports a diverse customer set across the Intelligence Community and the broader national cyber operations enterprise. This range of mission partners gives analysts the opportunity to apply their expertise across a wide variety of technical challenges, operational environments, and mission priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
• Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings-including any new tradecraft that you develop-with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

Qualifications

• Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Information Technology or Information Systems degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain the amount and type of coursework equivalent to a CS major.
• Experience in Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) tradecraft.
• Expertise in tradecraft for target characterization across multiple domains.
• Level 1: Doctoral degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 4+ years of experience, HS diploma or GED with 6+ years of experience.
• Level 2: Doctoral Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 7+ years of experience, HS diploma or GED with 9+ years of experience.
• Level 3: Doctoral degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 10+ years of experience, HS diploma or GED with 12+ years of experience.
• Level 4: Doctoral degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 13+ years of experience, HS diploma or GED with 15+ years of experience.
